Children deserve a fair shot at success. But statistically, children from Montgomery are born with disadvantages that cripple their ability to become successful leaders.

The Effect of Our Work

TMC Student Statics

Since 2012, over 1,000 students have enrolled in our programs. 80% of our job readiness graduates maintained employment greater than six months.

• 324 students to college

• 86 students to the military

• 507 students to the workforce
